STRONG APRIL - HELLO MAY!
AROUND TOWN THIS WEEK:
We are so thankful for our friends and fans that have come to support all our projects this Spring! April has been a strong month and we have an exciting month of May on the way!
This Wednesday I’m headed to Standard At Alpharetta to perform the patio (I’ll be inside with inclement weather)!
Thursday I’m finally back to perform at Los Magueys Dallas! This is always a fun Thursday taco crowd that likes to sing and play along, and after a weird schedule took me away from my normal “every other Thursday”, it looks like this week I’ll be back on track!
Friday Amanda and I, the BlairOutLoud DUO are returning to Center Street Tavern in Acworth, GA! We love performing here and always have a great time with their patrons and party people!
This Saturday, I will be taking the main stage at Wing Cafe & Tap House in Marietta! Normally they have bands on Fridays and Saturdays, but I’ll be bringing the Solo Acoustic Rock Show to that stage, so if you like the “less loud, but just as fun” live music events.. this one is perfect for you!
Sunday, I’m headed back to Alpharetta to the Standard. I’m filling in for one of my fellow musicians that needed a fill-in on that date. I’ll be there Sunday at Noon!
HIGHLIGHTS IN APRIL:
We’ve had some unique experiences this month, including a very unique full-band acoustic show that was held at the Songbirds Foundation on April 12th. We did it up “MTV Unplugged” style and it was really special.. check it out:
And then on last Saturday April 19th, Amanda’s 80s project Nü Wave ATL performed a private event at the Drafty Dane in Marietta, GA.
I put down my guitar, and put on my production hat and ran sound for them, and they absolutely brought the party! Here’s a shot from their setup on the green (it was a beautiful evening outside):

CINCO DE MAYO:
The 5th of May, Amanda and I.. the BlairOutLoud DUO are once again celebrating with our West Marietta friends at Los Magueys Marietta!
SATURDAY MAY 10TH:
Jeremy Would Let Me Drown presents: The Soundgarden Show at MadLife Sound & Stage - Woodstock, GA! Normally, this band performs Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, and Soundgarden mixed together, but the venue requested a special Soundgarden show, and we can’t wait to bring a solid collection of late 80’s to 2012 Soundgarden hits and B-sides to Woodstock, GA! Nü Wave ATL is playing the same night at Guston’s … in Woodstock!! So technically both of us (Amanda and I) will be in Woodstock performing music that night.. so pick and show and come see us! Nü Wave performs an eclectic group of 80’s electronic, dance, pop, and rock tunes to the stage, and always brings a fun dance party.. you need to check them out!
FRIDAY MAY 23RD:
The BlairOutLoud TRIO is back baby! The OG trio with Tom Blair (gtr), Tom Carling (bass), and Darren Goot (drums) returns to rock the house at Guston’s Acworth!
SATURDAY MAY 24TH:
Jeremy Would Let Me Drown debuts at Society Garden in Macon, GA! We are excited to bring our grunge tribute to middle GA and debut at this awesome brewery! If you have family/friends in the area, send them over for this fun event! TICKET LINK HERE
Nü Wave ATL has an exciting announcement on this date: They are performing the Lou Soub Amphitheater in the Cumming City Center in Cumming, GA! This is an all ages event in this amazing amphitheater in Cumming.. so bring the whole family and dance and sing to some great 80s jams!
